These are the basic teachings of Juan Nuñez del Prado and his son Ivan.

Over the course of 3 weeks we will explore both the Paña, the right side of the path, and the Chaupi, the middle part of the path. It’s a beautiful lineage that will teach you how to relate to energy in an Andean way, and how to move energy. You’ll learn the traditions and the mysticism that is a part of Andean culture.

We will explore the heart, and how to come back down into ourselves, and our bodies. You will learn exercises to let go of fears, and old patterns. This is a great skill building class.

In addition to learning these skills you will also learn techniques and ceremonies on how to shift your energy body in these trying new times we are in.
