It’s that time of the year to focus on growing what is important to us and our lives. With that in mind and it being right after Valentines Day, I would like to invite you to an evening of connecting with the heart. We’ll begin the evening with somatic release work, so we can become fully present and end with a despacho, which is a ceremony to honor all of life. I’ll have snacks and hot teas and cocoa.
